Shipping policy

Shipping is free for orders above $99! Some exceptions apply: Remote locations, oversize or heavy items may be subject to additional fees. Should this occur, we will be in contact with you before shipping your order. 

Orders are shipped from our retail location in Winnipeg, Manitoba usually within 48 hours of purchase (often same day). If you ordered online you should receive an email confirmation complete with tracking number when your order has shipped.  For orders destined for major centres within Canada, courier service delivery time is usually 3-5 business days.

Free Shipping is not currently available to remote locations.
